THE FOOD: You will taste 7 different dishes recommended by Jason, the owner.
On the Sal’s Bistro DUBAI « TASTE OF » menu:
- Salmon hache (oven grilled with creamy cheese and green herbs served with sourdough bread and butter in a jar)
- Smoked salmon roses (hand sliced smoked salmon roses delicately rolled for you using award-winning Scottish Salmon from Le Fumoir by Joe Bassili)
- Spicy crispy salmon tartare (fresh Salmon tartare mixed with Japanese spicy mayo and sprinkled with our crispy tempura crumbs, gently placed on a bed of baby gem lettuce)
- Salmon poke (sushi rice topped with fresh salmon, avocado, seaweed, tempura crumbs, garnished with black sesame seeds and dressed with spicy japanese mayo)
- Grilled salmon & wild rice (lightly smoked grilled salmon, served with steamed wild rice, stemmed julienne vegetables & a fresh wild herb sauce)
- Miso salmon (grilled lightly-smoked salmon fillet marinated in miso sauce, served with plain steamed rice)
- Homemade apple tart (thinly sliced apples served on a flaky, golden baked base, a fine balance of sweet and savoury accompanied with vanilla ice cream)
- 1 Acqua Panna still water or 1 San Pellegrino sparkling water.

Meticulously prepared using locally sourced Norwegian and Swedish salmons, this culinary experience invites you to explore a diverse array of salmon flavors directly from the skilled artisan.
