My name is Massimo and I am Italian. I was in New York from 1992 to 2008 and was always involved in importing truffles for 18 years in the USA and now for 9 years in UAE.
I opened my own company in the year 2000 and sold it to a giant foodservice in the US and moved to Dubai. I founded Italtouch in 2012, one of the most awarded Italian Gourmet vendors in Dubai. Italtouch specialises in sourcing the best truffles, truffle products and specialty products available in Europe today. The company takes pride in delivering quality, freshness and authenticity.
I am widely known as the “Truffleman” and imported the biggest truffle to enter UAE for 1.005 kg on 7th November 2018 for Aed 187,000.

MEET WITH MASSIMO, DUBAI TRUFFLEMAN"!
This experience will gather 6 people maximum and will last 1 hour in Al Quoz behind Mall of the Emirates.
During the visit, the guests will get to experience a Chef like presentation/tasting which includes:
- Workshop tour where the guests will see how fresh truffles are prepared and treated.
- A masterclass where they will be made aware of the history, variety and different uses of truffles.
- Tasting event where the guests will get to taste the premium products Italtouch has to offer:
